Roger Stent leads our team and our academy of associates. He specialises in training design and quality of delivery and is a firm believer in continuous personal development. Carolle Thompson looks after our clients, our marketing, and the commercial aspects of the business. Nicola Becker draws on her editorial background and linguistic expertise to ensure the quality of our training material. Lisa Teale assists us all with her unfailing good humour and support, and is responsible for the production of course materials.
