Case study

Earlex Group is a Surrey-based manufacturer of DIY and professional power tools and power cleaning equipment. We have been their training suppliers since 2004. We've been alongside them with support as they've grown by acquisition from a family business into a group that successfully exports to overseas markets. We've delivered a variety of training over the years to match their needs.

At the start of our relationship, we developed a robust appraisal system for them, and then designed and delivered the relevant appraisal training across the group. Their HR Manager commented: “The appraisal training has meant that we now have a proper appraisal system running for the company.” She also said that ST*R Learning's management training at Earlex was “really well supported and talked about at the time and made [our] management team really think about how they work together”.
