It is well known that Chelsea Football Club invests in top quality coaching for their players and that this investment gives returns in performance that are demonstrated by their success. What is not so well known is Chelsea FC’s commitment to training for all of their staff. Since 2008 ST*R Learning has been delivering management training for staff throughout their organisation on a regular basis. People from all areas including ground staff, security, retail, hotel staff and accounts have benefited from ILM accredited management training and workshops to improve skills at work.
In 2010 Chelsea FC asked ST*R Learning to develop a series of short sessions to address key issues at work. The 90-minute Bite-Size sessions that we delivered for them were such a success that Chelsea FC has gone on to order another series.
Chelsea FC has given ST*R Learning glowing feedback. Employees gave ST*R Learning an average score of 95% overall satisfaction with the training they received in 2010. When asked how much they thought the training would impact their performance, they gave an average score of 91% (across seven sessions in 2010).
