ST*R Learning’s training courses are available for delivery under licence. Our pricing policy is simple: we ask for an initial payment followed by an annual licence fee for each course. You can choose which training courses you want to buy and when you buy them. You can buy any number, from a single course to a whole collection. You can come back to us at any point to purchase the right to deliver more titles. We want you to be financially successful.

The training courses that we offer for sale under licence have been tried and tested in the UK market. Since 2003 we have amassed an impressive collection of very positive delegate feedback. Over that time we have refined and developed our training courses in line with our philosophy of continuous improvement.

Our courses available under licence have been designed and developed by our specialists. Each one is reviewed by our Managing Director Roger Stent and our Editorial and Quality manager Nicola Becker.

Roger Stent is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). An experienced management trainer, executive coach and mentor, Roger’s qualifications include a Training Accreditation Programme (TAP) Certificate in training design and delivery from the Workplace Foundation and a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Coaching and Executive Mentoring. With over twenty years’ experience in operations and business-to-business contract services, many at director and senior manager level, Roger has the hands-on experience to design courses that get the best from people and make a real difference in the workplace.

Nicola Becker has a Masters in French and German from Queens’ College Cambridge and experience in journalism and editing. She has a professional qualification in proofreading and ensures high standards in ST*R Learning’s training materials. Nicola works on consistency across courses and permission requests for use of excerpts. She proofreads materials to make sure that they are easy to read, so that they are ‘meaningful’ and ‘memorable’ even if English is not your first language.
